ONE is a company headquartered in Singapore that provides extensive service in the container shipping industry, covering more than 100 countries. The challenge was to think about and carry out the event to celebrate their 1st anniversary in Portugal.
ONE was born from the union of 3 Japanese companies. However, it stands as a global brand, a brand of the world. Given these points, we created the concept of “Fusion”, representing the integration of different cultures, both at the corporate level and in the market where it operates. The strategy and respective graphic pieces developed for the event reflected this fusion of cultures, as well as the premium, high-quality service provided by ONE.
We picked SUD Lisboa Hall as the ideal venue for the event, for how sophisticated the space is. Similarly, the chosen audiovisuals, promoters, music, and catering helped create a relaxed atmosphere with elegant and refined touches.
One of the key moments of the event was the ONE presentation to its partners and clients, Portuguese and foreign, which we also coordinated. We couldn’t, however, forget the birthday cake, specially made with the company’s colors and logo, in the shape of a ship carrying containers.
The footage captured during the event was compiled into a video, including drone shots, documenting moments of celebration to remember. Another longer video was also produced, this time to tell ONE’s story, focusing in particular on its team, achievements in the first year, and future aspirations.
Finally, the guests were gifted on their way out with tiles depicting maritime elements, evocative of Portuguese culture, designed in the brand’s tones.
